The RICOH MP C3004/MP C3504/MP C4504/MP C6004 series increases productivity while saving energy. An integrated, innovative motion sensor detects an approaching user by sensing differences in temperature versus the surrounding environment, activating key operations. This enables the device to recover from sleep mode in approximately one second, providing fast access to Smart Operation Panel functions. It also utilizes Ricoh's Smart Device Connector app that enables workers to seamlessly integrate with mobile devices and share information between other Ricoh devices, such as interactive whiteboards and projectors. Additionally, the series comes equipped with advanced administrative controls to limit outputs for specific users or workgroups, along with user authentication controls to prevent unauthorized access and help ensure only the intended recipient receives the document.
