Montalbano has over 25 years of transportation planning and design experience, working on critical infrastructure projects throughout the state of Texas including the $1.2B Katy Freeway expansion in Houston, the $250M I-20 project in Tyler, and the $50M Loop 375 interchange in El Paso, as well as two large-scale interchange projects in Houston for TxDOT.
As both a Professional Engineer and a Certified Project Manager, she will be managing complex, high profile projects for the firm, as well as stewarding public involvement efforts and overseeing large, multi-discipline teams.
