New Year -- New Name: Tigrent Learning Becomes Rich Dad Education

CAPE CORAL, Fla., Dec. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning on January 1, 2013 Tigrent Learning is changing its name to Rich Dad Education.

The change is being made to help refocus the Company's energy and image on its core strength:  improving the financial standing of all humanity. Chief Executive Officer Anthony Humpage remarked, "Our rebranding as Rich Dad Education reflects our renewed commitment to financial education and the overall mission of the Rich Dad community."

Prior to this change, the Rich Dad Education name had been primarily used by the Company to designate its free preview workshops and the basic trainings it offers in real estate and financial markets investing. The name Tigrent Learning had been associated with the Company's more advanced trainings, products, and services. Tigrent Learning students will now be part of Rich Dad Education's Elite Training Division.

The name change is designed to eliminate any confusion our students might have and, at the same time, streamline operations by bringing all of the Company's products and services under a single name.

For an interim period, students and members of the general public who access the Company's old websites or attempt to contact the Company using the older email addresses will be automatically redirected to our new websites or have their emails automatically forwarded.

Internally, the change will not alter the Company's basic corporate structure or the governing terms, policies, and procedures that relate to its students and alumni.
