New York Real Estate Mogul, Elie Hirschfeld Sells $5.5 Million Kings Point, Great Neck Estate
NEW YORK, Feb. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- New York real estate tycoon, Elie Hirschfeld has sold an estate located in the Kings Point section of Great Neck, Long Island for $5.5 Million. He purchased it for $4 Million in 2008.
Elie Hirschfeld personally oversaw a total gut renovation of the 9-bedroom Tudor-style home, which was designed by architect, Stephen F. Byrns of BKSK Architects a member of the NYC Landmarks Commission. Although it maintains its historic design, the house boasts high-tech amenities and is outfitted with tennis and basketball courts as well as a heated pool for year round swimming.
Elie Hirschfeld is CEO of Hirschfeld Properties, an avid philanthropist, art collector, athlete and Broadway producer.
