New York Times' Nick Bilton to Discuss His New Book at Special PRSA-NY Program and Book Party on September 22
NEW YORK, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Nick Bilton, lead reporter for the New York Times Bits Blog and reporter for the paper, will discuss the contents of his new book at a special program being hosted by the New York Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA-NY) on Wednesday, September 22.
Called, "I Live in the Future and Here's How it Works: Why Your World, Work and Brain Are Being Creatively Disrupted," the new book published by Crown Business went on sale this week. It provides a provocative look at how a radically changed media world is influencing human behavior – and argues the positive effects of the internet & technology.
The evening presentation, consisting of a talk by Mr. Bilton, followed by a book signing and champagne reception, will be held at Baruch College Performing Arts Center's Engelman Recital Hall at 55 Lexington Ave. (corner E. 25th St.) from 6 - 8 p.m. The PRSA-NY program is presented in cooperation with CCI-Corporate Communication International at Baruch College/CUNY and the PRSA Technology Section; the event is sponsored by PR Newswire and is open to the public by pre-registration only.
