Newly Renamed Texas Gulf Energy Now Trading Under Ticker OTCQX:TXGE
HOUSTON, March 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Gulf Energy, Inc. announced today that FINRA has cleared the new name Texas Gulf Energy, Incorporated (www.tgnrg.com) from the former Global NuTech, Inc. (OTCQX:BOCL) and a new trading symbol OTCQX: TXGE effective Wednesday, March 7, 2012. The name and trading symbol change reflects the company's expanding focus on energy services, exploration and production in the energy sector.
