Critics take on the County Board of Supervisors whose spokesperson in the video attempts to explain the comprehensive beach ordinance.  When the main stream media reported there would be a $1000 fine for violations of the ordinance, the Supervisors and bureaucrats back-tracked by demanding the media correct their reports, but that never happened, only "media updates" occurred as the Ordinance was revised by the county.
