NextLabs Dynamic Authorization Helps Companies Implement Secure Information Sharing and Prevent External Threats
SAN MATEO, Calif., Sept. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- NextLabs Inc., the leading provider of data and application security solutions for large enterprises, has announced today the issuance to it by the U.S. Patent Office of four additional patents (patents 8,904,478, 8,990,886, 8,959,580, and 8,972,449). The patents granted cover technology to automate the safeguarding of information sharing and mitigate information risk allowing industries to effectively secure sensitive information from internal and external threats.
The following patents were granted to NextLabs by the US Patent Office:
- Policy Optimization Technique for Inspecting Code and Reducing Code Size Associated to a Target (8,904,478)
- Techniques of Transforming Policies to Enforce Control in an Information Management System (8,990,886)
- Enforcing Policy-Based Application and Access Control in an Information Management System (8,959,580)
- Technique and System to Preventing Conflicts of Interests Between Two or More Groups (8,972,449)
With the addition of these four patents, NextLabs maintains a growing portfolio of 30 approved and more than thirty pending patents covering four key technology areas:
- Fine-grained and contextual access control
- User and workflow remediation
- Real-time policy enforcement
- Implementation and deployment of extensible and universal authorization services
