NextLevel Health Announces Oct. 6th Festival to Raise Awareness for Socio-economic, Health Issues in Underserved Cook County Communities

CHICAGO, Oct. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- NextLevel Health Partners, Inc. (NextLevel Health), a Medicaid managed care health plan celebrating four years of service for Cook County residents, announced today it will host a Complete Health Festival.  The free, family-friendly, health festival in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood will feature local community behavioral, mental health and primary care providers in addition to social service organizations.  This will bring greater awareness to the concept of Complete Health, highlighting holistic wellness education and resources that exist in the Englewood community.

The Complete Health Festival will be held on October 6, 2018 at Hamilton Park, 513 W. 72nd St. from 11 am to 3 pm. The free festival will feature health screenings, entertainment, activities, giveaways and food for a projected 500 community attendees.
