With a new reality show, a new jewelry collection & a new life, Nicole Murphy continues to break new ground by hosting "Art, Libations & Sounds", an exhibition from one of LA's top emerging visual artist, Maxwell Dickson.

On Thursday, February 9th, 2012 from 7pm to 11pm, at Downtown Los Angeles' Blackstone Gallery, 901 South Broadway, Nicole Murphy (Model, mother, designer, Ex-wife of Eddie Murphy & soon to be reality star) hosts one of the most beautifully curated exhibitions, "Art, Libations & Sounds", from one of Los Angeles' most innovate and progressive artist, Maxwell Dickson.

Maxwell Dickson's contemporary approach to art is a smorgasbord of influences, movements & eras. Realism, abstract, constructivism, street & more, are all referenced elements that often embrace a Dickson canvas. "Supporting Los Angeles' young art community is a must," says Murphy. "I'm excited to be hosting this exhibition with such an eclectic body of work." Reality stars Gene Simons & Shannon Tweed just tapped Dickson for a custom piece, R&B songtress Teyanna Taylor owns 3 of Dickson's works, and Nicole will soon be housing 3 commissioned Dickson pieces.

Dickson's exhibition will start with a private VIP reception from 7pm to 8pm & then open to a mob of Dickson followers from 8pm to 11pm.
