Classes begin Monday, August 25.
Students can complete course work at any time convenient to them. Weekly discussions in a blog format are also part of the learning experience.
The course, which is comprised of two consecutive seven-week sessions, is designed to affordably prepare students for a paralegal career and enable them to enter the job market quickly.
The first session, which will provide a foundation for the study of paralegalism, will cover the American judicial system, legal terminology, ethics, the rules of evidence and civil procedure, and how to prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
