SEATTLE, Dec. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Seattle-based Nordstrom, Inc., (NYSE: JWN) announced today plans to open a Nordstrom Rack at Livingston Center in Livingston, N.J. The approximately 32,155-square-foot store is scheduled to open in fall 2014. The developer for the project is G&S Investors.

"It's important that we continue to find additional ways to give our tri-state area customers access to great brands at great prices and we hope this new Rack will help us do just that."
The first Rack store opened at Bergen Town Center in 2009, and the Livingston Center Rack will be the third Rack to open in the state. Nordstrom operates five full-line stores in New Jersey, the closest being approximately three miles from the new Rack location at The Mall at Short Hills.
The new store is located on Route 10 and joins 120,000-square-foot of retail space with an additional 17,500 planned for future development at Livingston Center.
