(Nasdaq: NTK), a global diversified company with leading brands and innovative, technology-driven products and solutions for residential and commercial applications, today announced the appointment of Denise Nemchev as Vice President of Business Transformation. She will also serve as a member of the company's Senior Leadership Team.
In this newly created position, Nemchev will lead the overall effort and provide guidance and alignment for all projects related to Nortek's recently announced transformation initiatives. Her responsibilities will include leading the coordination and sequencing of these enterprise-wide projects.

Nemchev most recently served as Vice President, Product and Strategic Marketing at Stanley Black & Decker, where she held roles of increasing responsibility for 20 years, including nearly 10 years as a president of several global business units. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree in Technology and Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
