NorthStar Realty Finance Declares Dividend On Series A, Series B And Series C Preferred Shares
NEW YORK, Feb. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE: NRF) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared: (i) a quarterly cash dividend of $0.54688 per share of Series A preferred stock, payable on February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on February 11, 2013; (ii) a quarterly cash dividend of $0.51563 per share of Series B preferred stock, payable on February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on February 11, 2013; and (iii) a cash dividend of $0.76424 per share of Series C preferred stock (reflecting accrued dividends from the date of issuance of such shares), payable on February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on February 11, 2013.
