To maximize participation in the survey, all survey respondents who are residents of the U.S. may enter a random sweepstakes to win a trip for four to Miami, Florida or Quebec City, Canada. The four day, three-night trip will include a round-trip economy airfare, three nights' hotel, ground transportation and $750 in spending money.
