Nurse.com received the Silver Award in the ASHPE 2016 Awards Competition for its "Nurses do so much" infographic campaign, which launched in May 2015 for National Nurses Week.
The infographic shared information about the vast skills of nurses, including their contributions as leaders, teachers, advocates, researchers and caregivers. The project was the result of a partnership between Nurse.com and the Johnson & Johnson Campaign for Nursing's Future.
"We are extremely grateful for the recognition from ASHPE," said Pam Junot, vice president of brand management for OnCourse Learning, an education and workplace solutions provider in the healthcare, real estate and financial services industries. "Nurses are a driving force in healthcare, and we celebrate their contributions whole-heartedly. The award has special meaning to us since it was connected to a National Nurses Week campaign that educates the public about the amazing things nurses do every day."
This year, 84 ASHPE awards were presented in 29 different publishing categories.
