Nutrastar Signs Distribution Agreement for Initial Rollout of Functional Health Drink in Changzhou City

HARBIN, China, Nov. 8, 2010 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Nutrastar International Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NUIN; "Nutrastar" or the "Company"), a leading producer and supplier of premium branded Traditional Chinese Medicine ("TCM") consumer products, today announced the Company signed an exclusive distribution agreement on October 12, 2010 for the initial rollout of their functional health drink products featuring Nutrastar's core Chinese Golden Grass ingredient.

The agreement was signed with a key distributor in Changzhou, located in the Jiangsu province of the PRC. The current projected distribution channel will cover more than 50 supermarkets and convenience stores including Mingdu Mart, Xingte Mart, Tesco and MegaMart located in Changzhou city. These stores will carry individual 210ml aluminum can style versions of the functional Golden Grass health drink under the Chinese brand name "Ban Ke Chong Cao." The City of Changzhou has a current population of approximately 4.5 million people and is situated in the affluent Yangtze Delta region of China.
