NXTKey Corporation Acquires Magnus Management Group
Acquisition First of Many in NXTKey's Growing Cyber, Enterprise Information Management, Health IT, Digital, and ICT Consulting Portfolio
CHEYENNE, Wyo., March 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- NXTKey Corporation, an "as-a-service" solution provider across cloud, mobile and open source in the federal and commercial markets, today announced its acquisition of Magnus Management Group, a Bristow, Virginia-based consulting services organization focused on information security, and project and operational management, primarily in the cyber security arena.
The transaction will help Magnus focus on key compliance and growth areas, while continuing its tradition of delivering demonstrable value to customers. This is the first of many envisaged acquisitions for NXTKey, which is emerging as a leading provider of cyber, enterprise information management, healthIT, digital, and information communication technology (ICT) consulting services.
