Since 2009, the project carried out at Wanted Design brings Brazilian professionals dedicated to several areas of design to NYCxDesign. The initiative has the purpose of create awareness among the public about the value of design pieces produced in Brazil. This year, it has as one of its bets the book written by Manu Berger. "Besides of bringing information about the luxury market, the book was designed to become a limited edition decoration item", says the author. The book launch had the support of big luxury brands in Brazil such as Fernè Leather and Silvia Althoff jewelry.
With only 1,080 copies, "Between Champagne Flutes & Wine Glasses" had an exclusive illustrator and is not available on bookstores, its buying process is very similar to a jewelry. Launched in the most important cities of Brazil, Manu Berger starts her international tour at NYCxDesign passing through Paris, Milan, London and Lisbon. The book opens a trilogy about the luxury market created by the Brazilian expert, which will approach on its next publications the American and Brazilian markets. Originally written in Portuguese, the book was translated to English, French and Italian.
