HOUSTON, Feb. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Oasis Petroleum Inc. (NYSE: OAS) ("Oasis" or the "Company") plans to announce its fourth quarter and full year 2012 results on Monday, February 25, 2013 after the close of trading on the NYSE.
