OESA Announces Addition to Leadership Team
Announces Virginia ("Ginger") Juncker as New Executive Director, Programs and Member Services
TROY, Mich., March 17, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) is pleased to announce Virginia ("Ginger") Juncker as the new Executive Director, Programs and Member Services. In this role, Juncker will spearhead OESA's initiative to assist member companies in retaining key, high-potential employees through a series of leadership events and member engagement opportunities. She will also serve as project lead on many OESA industry events, facilitate several OESA councils and coordinate the engagement of students into OESA activities.
Juncker joins OESA with a wealth of project management, organizational development, and automotive experience; most recently with Devon Facilities Management and C4 Consulting, LLC, as well as past roles with Visteon Corporation, Ford Motor Company and General Motors.
Juncker holds a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind., a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, in Dearborn, Mich., and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich. She also serves as treasurer for the Township of Novi.
