OHL Announces New CEO, Randall E. Curran
BRENTWOOD, Tenn., July 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- OHL, a leading global logistics company, today announced that Randall E. Curran is joining the company as Chief Executive Officer.

Curran is currently the Chairman of the Board of RDA Holdings, owner of Reader's Digest Association, Inc. Prior to RDA he was Chief Executive Officer and a director of ITC^Deltacom from February 2005 to October 2010, when ITC^Deltacom was purchased by Earthlink. Prior to ITC^Deltacom, Curran served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ICG Communications, Inc., a telecommunications company, from September 2000 until December 2003.
Before joining ICG Communications, Curran served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Thermadyne Holdings Corporation, a global manufacturer of welding and cutting products. He joined Thermadyne and its predecessor companies in 1981 and over 19 years served in various positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President-Chief Financial Officer.
Curran received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from DePauw University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University in Chicago.
Current OHL CEO Bert Irigoyen has been with OHL since 2006. Prior to OHL he was a Managing Director with Nightingale and Associates, a management consultancy firm and an EVP and CFO with Global Knowledge Networks, an industry leader in IT and business training. Irigoyen will continue to serve in an advisory role through 2011.
