NEW YORK, July 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Omnicom Group Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per outstanding share of its common stock. The dividend is payable on October 9, 2012 to Omnicom Group common shareholders of record at the close of business on September 24, 2012.
