
OmniTRAX Logistics Services, LLC Adds Transload Regional Directors
DENVER, Sept. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- OmniTRAX Logistics Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Brett Sorrells, Dennis Wierzbicki and Scott Eubank as Transload Regional Directors.
Brett Sorrells has an undergraduate degree in business from The Ohio State University and holds a Master's Degree from Regent College in Vancouver, BC. While at FedEx Express Canada, Brett won the coveted President's Club award for sales excellence two years in a row. Brett was located in Vancouver and Prince George, BC while with CN for six and a half years. During his time with CN, his focus was on developing export lumber programs which generates hundreds of containers a week in forest products exports. He grew the rail car volumes into the Alaskan marketplace and also grew rail shipments into the Canadian Oil Sands and other Western Canada locations.
Dennis Wierzbicki, a former Chief Engineering Officer with the US Navy, received his BS in Engineering and MBA. Dennis was also an Adjunct Professor at the MBA level in Marketing, Strategic Planning and Execution, Business IT Systems, and Business Ethics. Over his twenty-five-plus year career, he has held numerous leadership roles in Sales and Marketing and Management. Mr. Wierzbicki has spent his career all over the world working and living in places such as Italy, Korea, The Netherlands, Belgium, Singapore, Japan, and Australia. Dennis comes to OmniTRAX with an extensive Class I railroad logistics background including Transload Operations, Line Haul, and New Business Development.
Scott Eubank attended the University of Texas at Austin. Scott's career in transportation started at age 18 working for USF Bestway as a dock associate loading and unloading trailers. In 1997, Scott was promoted to an Outbound Supervisor and then in 1999, promoted again into Sales. In 2001, Mr. Eubank joined Averitt Express and was soon after promoted to a National Account Manager. In 2007, Scott's next move took him to CN Worldwide North America where he became a National Strategic Account Manager developing non rail solutions for customers. In September 2012, Scott once again received a promotion to become National Account Manager for CN's Industrial Products Team.
Each of our new Regional Directors has extensive contacts across a wide range of commodities, and brings an outstanding list of logistics site and lane development. Brett, Dennis and Scott will be based in Denver, Chicago and Dallas, respectively.
