OmniVere Acquires Kiersted Systems, a Leader in Discovery and Legal Technology Consulting

CHICAGO, Jan. 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- OmniVere LLC, a global services firm responding to data risk management challenges, today announced that it has acquired Kiersted Systems LP, a leader in electronic discovery and legal technology consulting.

The acquisition complements and extends OmniVere's discovery and consulting businesses and enhances OmniVere's geographic reach and client base. Kiersted, having earned ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for its information security management system (ISMS), is highly regarded for its proprietary state-of-the-art eDiscovery and legal process automation tools and has long-standing relationships with leading global corporations and law firms.
