Home Healthcare Product Leader Donates over $30,000 Worth of Home Blood Pressure Monitors
BANNOCKBURN, Ill., May 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Omron Healthcare, Inc., the number one brand recommended by doctors in the home blood pressure category, announced today its donation of 300 blood pressure monitors worth more than $30,000 to the American Society of Hypertension (ASH). The donation will be used by ASH to provide free blood pressure screenings to high-risk, underserved individuals across all New York boroughs, Long Island and northern New Jersey.

Complimentary blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol screenings will be conducted at the New York Hilton & Towers for its employees. There also will be additional screenings open to the public in other areas of New York City.
