The IAG pools a network of independent assistance companies over the globe to provide services across the assistance value chain, including medical, roadside, home, and travel assistance as well as security services. The alliance currently has 60 partners and preferred providers and 8,300 staff working through multiple 24hr alarm centers. Prior to accepting the role of Chairman, Mike Kelly has served on the group's Supervisory Board for nearly a decade and has also acted as their Vice Chairman.
