Oncor Reschedules First Quarter 2012 Investor Call

DALLAS, April 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC ("Oncor") will reschedule the first quarter investor conference call.  Oncor will release its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, no later than Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at 8 a.m. Eastern time, which will provide its financial and operating results.

The new call time and date will be announced by the end of May. On the call, Oncor will provide a further update on its operational and financial results and condition.
