Oncor Schedules First Quarter 2012 Investor Call

DALLAS, April 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC ("Oncor") has scheduled a conference call on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at 9 a.m. Central time to discuss its first quarter 2012 operational and financial results. Oncor plans to release its first quarter 2012 operational and financial results in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, which is expected to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission no later than Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at 8 a.m. Eastern time.
