Oncor Schedules Second Quarter 2012 Investor Call

DALLAS, July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC ("Oncor") has scheduled a conference call on Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at 9 a.m. Central time to discuss its second quarter 2012 operational and financial results. Oncor plans to release its second quarter 2012 operational and financial results in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, which is expected to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission no later than Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at 8 a.m. Eastern time.
