"Smartphones have become an almost indispensable part of people's daily routines. But there's no way to minimize a smartphone," explained Wilk. The convenience of Grab N Go Bands is not their only selling point; they will also be offered at a more-than-competitive price. Early bird backers on Kickstarter will be able to pick up 10 bands for just $5. Once the product hits the market, they will retail at 5 for $5, still a remarkable deal. Wilk remarks that there's no reason minimalism should be expensive.

More than 30 days remain on the Kickstarter campaign, and 200-plus people have seen enough value in the Grab N Go Band to contribute. Wilk plans to announce some special promotions and goodies later in the campaign.
