The merger combines OneUp's innovative team and league app platforms with Tixers dynamic ticket exchange platform that allows fans to swap unusable tickets for credit that can be redeemed for future sports and entertainment events.
Tixers combines a web-based and mobile platform with innovative approaches to create efficiencies and liquidity for sports teams, businesses, fans and ticket markets. The Covington, Kentucky-based company has a credit-exchange solution allowing ticket holders to instantly receive value for unusable tickets that can be redeemed for tickets to future events without having to negotiate with third parties or physically deliver the unusable tickets.
