SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Aug. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Inc. magazine ranked Ontraport No. 102 on its 31st annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America's independent entrepreneurs. Companies such as Microsoft, Zappos, Intuit, Jamba Juice, Zipcar, Clif Bar, Vizio, Oracle, and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 500|5000. Additionally, Ontraport ranked No. 9 overall in the Software Industry.
"Being recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in America is an honor and very exciting for us, especially because that growth came during one of the most painful economic times in US history," said Founder and CEO, Landon Ray. "This is a great acknowledgement, which reinforces our experience, that by focusing on creating quality products and delivering extraordinary user experiences, we are really making a difference for our clients and have built a solid foundation for strong continued growth."
The 2012 Inc. 500, unveiled in the September issue of Inc. (available on newsstands August 21 to November 15 and on Inc.com), is the most competitive crop in the list's history.
