Global ice cream sector was valued at US$149,316.4 Million in 2016 and is forecast to record a CAGR of 4.1% during 2016-2021. The Eastern Europe ice cream sector is the fourth smallest in value terms, with only 8.1% value share in the global ice cream sector in 2016.
