Our goal is to continue to increase shareholder value as we grow and expand Organic Plant Health. The registration of shares in the S-1 will provide us the means to expand our company, increase revenues and transact business as a publicly traded company in a responsible manner. Furthermore it will allow us to continue to develop and market the OPHI brand." Mr. Styles went on to say, "While we had hoped to have the registration completed sooner, our top priority was to structure the offering in a way that would be favorable to our shareholders and not hinder stock appreciation."
The company will be utilizing funds received from this offering to begin a significant geographic expansion of its business. Multiple hires are planned beginning in the fourth quarter of 2011 and continuing into 2012 for key sales and sales management roles. Management will be targeting multiple hub markets across the East coast and strategic points in the Midwest.

"As we prepare to take these next big steps towards achieving national brand recognition, it is vital that we properly mold our brand in a way that clearly identifies who we are and what we stand for," said Mr. Styles. "Kaleidoscope-Chicago is doing a great job on the packaging design and structure. We are proud to say that the new packaging provides us with clear separation in the competitive category of Lawn & Garden," Styles continues. "The company expects to launch the new packaging in the first quarter of 2012."
The company also revealed plans to initiate a stock awareness campaign in order to introduce OPHI to new prospective investors and increase value to its current shareholders. Vice President and COO, Alan Talbert commented, "With all of the positive developments we have going on right now we feel this is the appropriate time to begin marketing our stock.
