Jim left Marathon Asset Management at the end of May of this year where he had served as Chief Financial Officer since 2008. Prior to joining Marathon, Jim helped found a Hedge Fund Operations Quality business at Moody's Investors Service where he was also a member of the CDO team. Jim's legal career began at Milbank Tweed in New York City where he was a member of the Capital Markets Group. He later joined Skadden Arps where he focused on M&A finance, bank loans and restructurings.
