(OTCQX: OTCM) today announced that the OTCM ADR Index (Bloomberg/Reuters: OTCDR; Thomson: DFCDR), the only index exclusively tracking American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) trading on the OTCQX®, OTCQB® and OTC Pink® marketplaces, traded $26 billion in the second quarter of 2013, up 17.6% from the prior quarter. The Index, powered by BNY Mellon DR Indices and comprised of 600 large-cap international companies from 38 countries across 11 industries, declined 2.4% in the second quarter 2013 to close at 1,356 on June 28, 2013, matching the performance of the MSCI EAFE Index which closed down 2.1% for the quarter. The OTCM ADR Index performance is flat year-to-date.

Q2 2013 Highlights:
- The OTCM ADR Index traded $26 billion in Q2 2013, up 17.6% from the prior quarter.
- The Index fell 2.4% in the second quarter and is flat for the year, closing at 1,356 on June 28, 2013. Top performing component industries were technology (+11.75%), telecommunications (+7.59%) and utilities (+1.61%).
- The top 10 most actively traded ADRs in the OTCM ADR Index by volume during the quarter were OTCQX traded companies Danone (OTCQX: DANOY), Deutsche Telekom AG (OTCQX: DTEGY), Roche Holding Ltd. (OTCQX: RHHBY) and Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (OTCQX: TKGBY), some of the largest global blue chips with widely available investor information, as well as OTC Pink traded companies Cheung Kong (HOLDINGS) Ltd. (OTC Pink: CHEUY), Compagnie Financiere Richemont AG (OTC Pink: CFRUY), Gazprom OAO (OTC Pink: OGZPY), Nestle S.A. (OTC Pink: NSRGY), Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: SUTNY) and Tesco PLC (OTC Pink: TSCDY), which make limited information availability outside their home markets.
- Twelve companies joined the OTCM ADR Index in the second quarter: Invensys plc (OTCQX: IVNYD) and Wacoal Holdings Corp. (OTCQX: WACLY), which trade on OTCQX, and Anadolu Efes Biracilik Ve Malt AS (OTC Pink: AEBZY), Alliance Global Group Inc. (OTC Pink: ALGGY), Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp Ltd. (OTC Pink: BZQIY), GTECH S.P.A. (OTC Pink: GTKYY), Informa PLC (OTC Pink: IFJPY), Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Co. Ltd. (OTC Pink: MIUFY), Merck KGaA (OTC Pink: MKGAY), Panasonic Corp.
