Overland Park's First Trampoline Park To Open Summer 2015
Varnum, Armstrong, Deeter, Inc. lease former Stein Mart building
OVERLAND PARK, Kan., March 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Varnum, Armstrong, Deeter, LLC (VAD) is pleased to announce an exciting new tenant for its commercial building at 14401 Metcalf Avenue in South Overland Park. The new lessee represents Boundless, a trampoline park and indoor playground designed to accommodate all ages, from toddlers to teenagers and adults. The business will host parties, tournaments, and corporate functions and offer exciting new event options including Parents Night Out, Teen Night, and Mom's Club.
"We believe Boundless is a truly ideal tenant for this space, considering the great number of families that live in and around South Overland Park," said Kirby Deeter, one of VAD's principals. "I think it's a smart choice for the lessee, too, considering the sheer size of this building and lack of similar businesses in the area."
The building at 14401 Metcalf, which formerly housed a Stein Mart, is part of the Lionsgate Shopping Center and features more than 36,000 square feet; it also shares acreage with numerous retail centers, including restaurants, a tennis club, bank and more. Boundless finalized its lease in January and plans to begin a new build-out on April 1.
Details of Boundless are still forthcoming, though the organization plans to launch summer 2015 with a grand opening. Announcements are being posted to the company's website at www.BoundlessKC.com and also to its Facebook page.
