PA Human Relations Commission Dismisses Disability Discrimination Complaint against SEPTA
HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission has issued an order dismissing a disability discrimination complaint filed by Lisa C. Brownlee, of Philadelphia, against her former employer, SEPTA.
Brownlee filed a complaint alleging that SEPTA had discharged her because of her disability. After a public hearing on the matter, the commission found that Brownlee had not produced sufficient evidence to support her claim.
