PA National Guard to Host Hiring Expo for Service Members, Veterans
HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Service members and veterans of all military branches and components are invited to a Military Hiring Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 6, in building 8-80 located at the corner of Service Road and Bearty Avenue, Fort Indiantown Gap, Lebanon County.
The event, sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Pennsylvania National Guard and several other state and national partners, will feature 50 local, regional and national military friendly employers with ready to hire jobs in a variety of industries. Full-time, part-time and seasonal positions will be available. Vendor tables are still available for no charge.
Attendees are encouraged to register by Dec. 3 online at http://www.uschamber.com/hiringourheroes/annville-pa or call the Pennsylvania National Guard Employment Outreach office at 717-861-2640.
Interested vendors can register for free at the same number and should do so as soon as possible.
Proper interview attire is suggested. Spouses and family members are welcome to attend.
