Pablo Walker Named President of McCann Worldgroup Europe Fernando Fascioli Promoted to President of McCann Worldgroup Latin America & Caribbean

NEW YORK, July 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- McCann Worldgroup today announced new leadership heading two of its international regions. Pablo Walker, who has been President of McCann Worldgroup Latin America & Caribbean, has been promoted to President of McCann Worldgroup Europe. Fernando Fascioli, who has been CEO of McCann Worldgroup Chile, has been promoted to succeed Walker as President of McCann Worldgroup's Latin America & Caribbean region.

In his more than two decades with McCann, Walker has proven his ability time and again to forge powerful relationships with clients as well as to effectively incorporate a variety of marketing disciplines into creating solutions for clients. From his days leading the Chilean business to today, Walker has driven McCann Worldgroup agencies to success by expanding their range of capabilities and building a culture based on collaboration and results. The region's focus on creativity this year led to McCann Lima and its Coca-Cola client winning the Grand Prix in the media category at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

Fascioli, who began his career in his native Uruguay, has also progressively taken on larger roles within McCann. He worked for many years at McCann Peru and became CEO, and then took on additional responsibility as the region's Chief Growth Officer. During his tenure, McCann Lima was named "Agency of the Year" after a turnaround built on discipline integration and new business growth. In the last few years since becoming CEO of McCann Worldgroup Chile, he has led the continued growth of the agency, including expanding its integrated digital capabilities.
