Pacific Coal announces appointment of new Chief Financial Officer
TORONTO, June 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Pacific Coal Resources Ltd. (TSXV: PAK) has announced today that Patricia Herrera has been appointed the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Herrera replaces Miguel Velasquez, who has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Ms. Herrera has previously been retained by the Company as a financial consultant. She is a founding member of the firm Estudios y Consultorías S.A. and provides financial advisory services, diagnostics and financial projections, financial analysis, valuation services for companies and corporate support in obtaining financing and investor capital. She also has experience in providing regulatory advice in the electric, gas and liquid fuels sectors.
