It may be hard to look away from the million-dollar Pacific Northwest view, but inside, Palisade's lush, Pacific blend decor provides a fitting backdrop for the cuisine. Rustic timbers and a soaring ceiling evoke a grand aesthetic, while multiple dining levels and thoughtful table arrangement ensure a view from nearly every seat and create a sense of intimacy. Koa wood furnishings add warmth, while salt-water ponds, greenery and hand-blown glass "floats" lend a rich elegance to the surroundings.
With three gorgeous private dining rooms -- The Alani, The Orchid and The Magnolia -- Palisade is the perfect destination for company parties, business luncheons and weddings alike. The restaurant is a local favorite for holiday gatherings.
"As the holidays approach and visitors come to town, we wanted to invite people to take advantage of our incredible waterfront setting and delicious menu at a price that lets them come back again and again. Diners may be drawn to Elliott Bay Marina for our view, but they always leave remembering the food," says Executive Chef Chris Bryant, who has helmed the kitchen at Palisade for more than two years.
