EASTON, Pa., Oct. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Paragon Technologies, Inc. (OTC Pink: PGNT), today announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held at the offices of Thompson Hine LLP, Two Alliance Center, 3560 Lenox Road, Suite 1600, Atlanta, GA 30326, at 9:30 A.M. local time, on December 7, 2012. Holders of the Company's common stock at the close of business on October 16, 2012 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
