Patricia Nicklin Named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the National Park Foundation
WASHINGTON, June 14, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, Neil Mulholland , President and CEO of the National Park Foundation, the official charity of America's national parks, welcomed Patricia Nicklin to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Nicklin will provide strategic oversight and management of the Foundation. Nicklin will be based out of the National Park Foundation's headquarters in Washington, D.C. and report to Mulholland.

Before joining the National Park Foundation, Nicklin was the Managing Director of Share Our Strength, an international non-profit organization focused on ending childhood hunger. After twelve years with Share Our Strength, Nicklin held the role of Executive Vice President and COO of the Partnership for Public Service. Her previous professional experience also includes roles as Senior Vice President of The Points of Light Foundation, Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey and Company, Inc. and President and Co-Founder of The Virginia Company, a catalog and retail company. Nicklin received an MBA from Darden School at the University of Virginia where she also attended as an undergraduate.
