Pavlov Media's new Tesseractiv™ technology hosts the Web's most popular content and delivers it to end users at transport speeds up to 100 megabits per second (Mbps).  As a part of Campus Crest's ongoing commitment to revolutionize student living coast to coast it decided to partner with Pavlov Media on its Tesseractiv™ platform as a way to provide its residents with market-leading Internet performance.  Residents at The Grove at Waco now enjoy significantly improved streaming video content, university coursework and other entertainment services.
