Opening Day Proceeds donated to Pink Tie Affair, Benefitting Denver Metropolitan Affiliate Susan G. Koman for the Cure

DENVER, Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel and Peet's Coffee & Tea, Inc., (Nasdaq: PEET), the premier specialty coffee and tea company in the U.S., today announce a new partnership with the grand opening of a full-service Peet's Coffee & Tea outlet, owned and operated by the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel.

To celebrate the opening, the hotel is giving 100% of proceeds from all Peet's Coffee & Tea sales on October 13, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., to the Pink Tie Affair, benefiting the Denver Metropolitan Affiliate Susan G. Koman for the Cure. The annual Pink Tie Affair will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel on November 6.

Under Peet's licensing program, the Sheraton location showcases Peet's signature retail store design as well as a selection of Peet's deep-roasted coffees, which are hand roasted daily to ensure superior freshness.

Peets Coffee & Tea is located at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, on the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall, at 1550 Court Place. Peet's is open daily 6 a.m. –  6 p.m.
