The lawsuit seeks damages including "monetary damages to compensate for lost wages, lost benefits, damage to their personal and professional reputations, emotional distress, and for punitive damages, in an amount to be determined at trial, and sufficient to prevent Defendants from engaging in the same or similar conduct as outlined above, attorney's fees and costs in an amount that is fair and reasonable, along with any other such relief deemed just and appropriate by this Court."
