Pendum Names Tom Szczepanski Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

DENVER, March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Pendum LLC today announced that Tom Szczepanski has been named Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. In this newly created role, Szczepanski will assume responsibility for strengthening Pendum's strategic partnerships as part of the company's continued focus on growth. Specifically, Szczepanski will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities that will benefit Pendum, its partners and their respective customers.

Szczepanski, who previously served as Pendum's Executive Vice President of Field Operations, has more than 19 years of industry experience. Before heading up the field operations organization, he led Pendum's armored division. He also managed operations and sales for Brink's in the Northeast region.

Jeff Gardner, who currently serves as Pendum's Senior Vice President of Support Operations, will assume responsibility for the field operations organization. With more than 15 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, and financial management, Gardner joined Pendum late last year from PaySimple, a payment management solutions company, where he most recently served as President responsible for transforming the company from a small start-up into an industry-leading service provider. Prior to PaySimple, Jeff led the maintenance service organization for Avaya. He has also held management positions with Qubit Technology, Qwest Communications, and GE.
