Will Autograph Pre-Purchased Bottles of the Philadelphia Eagles Rollout Cabernet Sauvignon
PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Vince Papale, a member of the Philadelphia Eagles from 1976 – 78, will sign pre-purchased bottles of Rollout cabernet sauvignon from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 at the Fine Wine & Good Spirits Premium Collection Store, 2040 Market St., Philadelphia, 19103.
The Philadelphia Eagles commissioned a winemaker to create the wine to mark the team's 80th anniversary. Rollout cabernet sauvignon is available for purchase at select Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores in the Philadelphia area, including the Market Street Store, for $25.99 for a 750 mL bottle. A complimentary tasting will be available for those 21 and older.
Papale, who was a walk-on with the Philadelphia Eagles, became a 30 year-old NFL rookie when he made the team. His inspiring journey was the inspiration for the 2006 movie "Invincible" starring Mark Wahlberg.
